We start preparation of a dinner about a minimum of calories and a maximum of taste!
It is required to you: · 1 kg of chicken fillet; · 5 potatoes; · 3 tomatoes; · 200 ml of milk; · 2 bulbs; · 2 eggs; · 200 g of cheese; · 3 tablespoons of sour cream; · 3 garlic gloves; · 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil; · a foil for roasting; · salt, pepper and greens to taste.
1. We cut chicken small pieces, we fill in it with milk and we leave to be pickled within an hour in the refrigerator. So the breast will get rid of the dryness which so irritates hostesses.
