I Have Lived In China 4 Years And Now I Know Where Tourists Should Go. And It Is Not The Great Wall

I adore China, have traveled all over it up and down and have made the top-5 the best places of the country. In my list there is neither Great Wall, nor terracotta army. All know about them, and it seems to people that in China couldn't be looked any more.

I live here more than 4 years. During this time I have understood that China — one of the most beautiful countries of the world about what very few people suspect. And in him simply improbable quantity of natural and man-made miracles.

Places from my list which I want to share with readers of AdMe.ru, special. Being in them, you begin to think that was included in the movie and just about there will be something magic.

In the southwest of the Province of Hunan the small ancient town of Fenghuang has got lost that in translation from Chinese "phoenix" means. The only way to reach is there a bus because in the city there is neither railway station, nor the airport. But difficulties which the traveler on the way meets, are forgotten as soon as he is included in this fairy tale.

The most photogenic places — on the embankment: tiny old lodges hang directly over water, impressive bridges are thrown through the river in several places, wooden boats quietly float one by one, disappearing behind river bends.

Here you shouldn't run on sights, it is possible just to wander about small streets, looking in the small shops and galleries filled it is delightful beautiful nonsense, to taste strange delicacies like krill fritters which fry at once at you from even the live moving weight, to have coffee in coffee houses with lamps from colored glass and windows over the river, to buy wreaths or souvenirs from dear grandmothers from nationality туцзя in unusual hats.

It is necessary to wait 18:00 when over the river all bridges are lit and the town is filled with fires. There are a lot of Chinese tourists, but there are almost no foreigners therefore be not surprised if not one ask to popozirovat you for photos and not two times.

The wood from the huge stone columns towering up to 1 km in height and the truth is similar to a landscape of other planet. Chzhantszyatsz possesses the special microclimate. Here often there are fogs and then indeed it seems that rocks soar in air. It is possible to find many secret corners in the reserve absolutely without people (especially if to arrive not to a season), and then everything becomes absolutely magic.

The most known — in the Province of Gueizhou near the city of Chishuey, in the south of the Province of Sichuan and in the Province of Anhui. To Anhui shot scenes of final fight from the movie "Stolen Tiger, the dden Dragon" where the main characters fly over a bamboo with swords.

You will be able always to find either the funicular, or a high tower, having got on which it is possible to watch the waves running on a surface of a boundless green smooth surface. And then it is necessary to go down, walk among the harmonious trunks going to the sky and to feel the hero of an ancient legend.

In the northwest of China the town of Chzhanje is located. He is nothing, and the Danxia geopark here stretched around him — a real miracle of light.

First, there are well-known color mountains. Wind, a rain and time were the best artists therefore to eyes of visitors of this natural gallery unique landscapes open. Such feeling that someone played in a huge sandbox, and then I have taken and I have adjusted hills, accurately filling sand, a layer behind a layer, and in different color scales. There is a red-orange palette, black-yellow-blue and just all colors of the rainbow.

It seemed, than the nature after such feast for eyes still can surprise? However absolutely near color sands other park of earth formats is located, and personally fancy outlines of stone columns have made a much bigger impression on me. Red stone columns of the most different form are suitable for the Martian, than terrestrial landscape more.

ghly in Udansky mountains there is a Qin Ren Gu shelter-faugh-school — "The valley of the people playing on Qin". This special place where time as if has stopped.

Udansky mountains — not the most majestic in China, but this place isn't similar to others. In China Udan is known for the martial arts as well as the temple the Shaolin — in the West. Here a huge number of shelters-faugh-schools, and flocks of long-haired youth pupils around the city rush and sedately Taoist monks and nuns walk.

Those who come here for couple of days are usually limited to survey of Taoist monasteries in mountains and visit of legendary shows of a kung fu (it is one of the best shows in China). But many remain longer, for 1–2 months and who and for a year — live in shelters-faugh-schools, are engaged in tai chi. Also conduct slow, a regular life when it isn't necessary to hurry anywhere and you live only from a training to a training, having forgotten that such television and the Internet.
